Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
To provide the best possible service to all our clients, please review our cancellation terms.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

1. Notice Period
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.
 
2. Late Cancellations
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
 
3. No-Shows
• If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the full service fee will be charged.
 
4. Late Arrivals
• Arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time, as sessions must finish on schedule.
• The full session fee will still apply.
